In order to provide our services, Orgtools engages certain third-party subprocessors to process personal data on our behalf. All subprocessors are carefully selected and required to meet our security and privacy standards.
This page lists all subprocessors currently engaged by Orgtools, along with their primary purpose and location.

The AI models we use (including Anthropic Claude and Cohere) run within Amazon Bedrock. These model providers are sub-processors of AWS and do not receive your content directly, retain it, or train on it.
Data Processing Standards
All subprocessors are required to:
- Implement appropriate technical and organizational security measures
- Process personal data only as instructed by Orgtools
- Maintain confidentiality of all personal data
- Comply with applicable data protection regulations
- Assist with data subject requests and security incident responses
Updates to This List
We may update this list of subprocessors from time to time. When we add new subprocessors that process personal data, we will update this page and notify customers via email.
